The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, a strong supplier network, and the ability to manage end-to-end procurement processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities
Manage inventory records and stock levels
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and deliveries
Oversee MEP service requests and facility maintenance tasks
Maintain documentation related to procurement and facility operations
Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
Requirements:
Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for various procurement needs
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods
Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
Collaborate with different departments to assess requirements
Monitor market trends and source cost-effective solutions
Must have
a minimum of 5 years of proven procurement experience within the UAE
