dedicated and organized Procurement office / Purchaser
to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for ongoing construction and interior projects.
Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Coordinate with the site and project teams to ensure material requirements are met.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Officer.
Prior experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with local UAE suppliers and market trends.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the UAE preferred.
