Key Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement of food & beverage items, equipment, and supplies.
Identify and negotiate with reliable vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
Monitor stock levels and forecast future purchasing needs.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Prepare and manage procurement budgets and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Procurement Manager in the F&B industry.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
Knowledge of UAE market and food safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
