We are seeking a results-driven

Procurement Manager

with experience in the

F&B/HoReCa sector

to manage and optimize our sourcing and purchasing operations. The role involves ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality food, beverages, equipment, and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budgets. Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts for food, beverage, equipment, consumables, and services. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering and replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness. Collaborate closely with kitchen, restaurant, and operations teams to forecast demand and plan purchases. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and local regulatory requirements. Conduct regular market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize vendor base. Prepare and manage procurement budgets and reports on purchase trends and supplier KPIs. Handle import documentation and liaise with logistics providers when applicable. Lead and mentor junior procurement or purchasing staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or HoReCa industry. Strong knowledge of food & beverage categories, kitchen equipment, and supplier networks. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office; ERP system experience is a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
