Salary:

AED 11,000 - 13,000 (Based on experience)

Requirements:



Minimum

3-5 years' experience

in

purchasing/procurement

within

F&B, catering, or hospitality

. Proficient in

MS Office

and

inventory systems (STO)

. Preferably holds a

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management

. Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Strong understanding of vendor management and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:



Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best quality and price. Oversee daily purchasing operations and maintain stock levels. Manage supplier contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules. Monitor inventory usage and forecast procurement needs. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Collaborate with chefs and operations to ensure timely supply of materials. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
