Assistant Procurement Manager
Location:
Head Office - D3, MOE, Palm Jumeirah

Salary:
AED 11,000 - 13,000 (Based on Experience)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexibility required as per hospitality operations)
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Manage supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and vendor negotiations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team for timely replenishment.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data using
MS Office and STO systems
.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in all procurement activities.
Support the Procurement Manager in vendor evaluations and contract management.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in purchasing or procurement within the
F&B, catering, or hospitality industry
.
Proficient in
MS Office
and
inventory systems (STO)
.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
in Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Must be flexible to meet business needs within a dynamic hospitality environment.
