Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement Executive with proven experience in the construction industry to manage purchasing activities, vendor negotiations, and material coordination for ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of procurement in fit-out, MEP, civil, and joinery works and be able to source competitively while ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement process for construction materials and subcontractor services
Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize suppliers/subcontractors based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with project, site, and design teams to understand material requirements
Issue purchase orders (LPOs) and track delivery schedules
Monitor and maintain supplier/vendor databases and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications
Source new suppliers to improve cost, delivery, and quality
Prepare and maintain procurement logs, reports, and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in procurement within the construction industry
Knowledge of fit-out, MEP, civil, and joinery procurement preferred
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficient in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., ERP systems)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
