Job Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a highly organized Procurement Executive to manage vendor sourcing and procurement operations for marketing and events categories. The role involves close coordination with internal departments and external agencies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing services, promotional materials, and event support. This is an on-site role based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams

• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and various agency partners including PR, creative, social media, web design, media buying (online/offline), influencers, and video production
• Support event logistics such as international/local exhibitions, sponsorships, signage, kiosks, and scale model movements
• Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and samples for events and campaigns
• Source new items for launches, promotions, and seasonal activities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source and assess suppliers for marketing-related materials and promotional goods
• Negotiate prices, contract terms, and timelines with vendors
• Ensure vendor compliance with quality standards and internal legal regulations
• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Track inventory of marketing items to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams
• Maintain purchase order accuracy and timely documentation

Budget & Cost Control

• Assist in budgeting and ensure spending remains within allocated limits
• Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate better rates for cost efficiency

Market Research & Supplier Evaluation

• Conduct market research for new vendors and industry trends
• Regularly review and assess supplier performance

Reporting & Documentation

• Keep organized records of procurement transactions and communications
• Prepare reports on purchasing performance, cost savings, and vendor efficiency

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in marketing/events category
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with marketing and promotional products procurement
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Background in real estate or large-scale events is a plus
