Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair pumps, motors, and related mechanical components.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues in pumping systems.
Perform preventive maintenance, including lubrication, seal replacement, and alignment.
Test pump performance to ensure correct pressure, flow rate, and efficiency.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with other technical teams for system integration and repairs.
Qualification, Experience & Skills
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in pump installation and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of centrifugal, submersible, and booster pump systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
Proficient in using mechanical tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
