Job Description
Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in public transport, preferably with regional and international experience, particularly within GCC countries.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
:
Prepare strategic plans to develop public transport systems and their necessary infrastructure.
Manage and develop public transport systems and infrastructure, and prepare periodic reports on emerging challenges and proposed solutions to ensure smooth transport operations with the highest service standards.
Study and define service level requirements and update them regularly in line with the latest international systems and technologies in this field.
Review and evaluate projects referred by the department director and assess their economic feasibility.
* Perform technical reviews of design and planning works related to public transport routes and infrastructure, ensuring implementation within the approved schedule and budget set by the Ministry.
