FIRE7 LLC is A+ certified and approved by Civil Defense and Free Zone Authorities to install, maintain, and testify all kinds of Fire Protection Systems in Dubai, Sharjah, and Jabel Ali Free Zone.
We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and enhance our company's relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE regulations and facilitate smooth administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and various UAE government entities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA and GPSSA. Oversee the processing, renewal, and cancellation of work permits, residency visas, and Emirates IDs for all employees. Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and immigration regulations. Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and documentation. Address inquiries from government agencies and internal departments regarding legal and regulatory matters. DCD Renewal, Trade License renewal, Establishment card renewal etc
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or any other Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE. Proficiency in Malayalam, English and ArabicFamiliarity with government online portals and document management system
