We are currently recruiting for a Public Relations Officer to join our Workforce Solutions team in our HQ located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope:
Responsible to act as the day-to-day point of contact for the delivery of the PRO services to the assigned key accounts, working with the Account Executive and Manager. Ensure the customers' expectations are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards, ensuring all operations are in line with the standard operating procedures and Government processes.
Financial

  • Daily cash management, coordinating with internal team for collection and return of funds.
  • Collect and maintain all receipts for invoicing and tracking purposes.
  • Familiar with portal balance top up processes.
Customer
  • Face to face point of contact for PRO-related tasks, including but not limited to collecting documentation, assisting personnel at government bodies on occasion as and when required.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with key client contacts while providing their staff with excellent service.
  • Keeping efficient timelines in place and escalating any unforeseen delays which may arise.
  • Representing Transguard at Government official sites including DIFC, DAFZA, JAFZA, DWTC.
Process
  • Understand and coordinate the day-to-day activities with the Account Executive, following SLA's and timelines set in place.
  • Familiar with Mainland transactions as well as UAE portals such as DIFC, DAFZA, JAFZA, DWTC etc. to process applications if the need arises.
  • Submit vehicle audit report on weekly basis.
Innovation
  • Stay informed on changes in laws, regulations, polices and best practices in government relations to enhance the operations and keep our clients up to date.
  • Problem solving for any issues which may arise or any areas of potential risk and highlight to Line Manager as necessary.
  • Solution orientated and ability to provide insights into continuous improvements for smother workflow.
  • Participate in Continuous improvement initiatives to bring efficiency and savings.
Skills
  • 2-4 years of public relations experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus
  • Cash Management experience required
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Teamwork and collaboration experience essential
  • Ability to take direction and apply processes into day-to-day activities
  • UAE Driving License
