Public Relations Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dynamic female Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all government relations, visa processing, and regulatory requirements for our company. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the company and UAE government authorities, ensuring compliance with all legal and administrative requirements.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws, and the ability to manage documentation and deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all activities related to employee visa processing, renewals, and cancellations (Residence Visas, Work Permits, Emirates ID, Medicals, etc.) in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with government departments such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), Department of Economic Development (DED), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), and other relevant entities.
  • Prepare and process all official company documents, licenses, permits, and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for employee and company documents to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and prepare the necessary documentation for government-related transactions.
  • Keep management updated on changes in government regulations and procedures that may affect company operations.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with government officials and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with official letters, attestations, and other formal documentation requirements.
  • Support HR and administration in matters related to onboarding, employee status changes, and document verification.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and employee information at all times.
Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration, and licensing procedures.
  • Familiarity with UAE government portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, ICA, and MOFA.
  • At least 3 Years of Experience navigating in using the DMCC portal
