The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
UAE labor and immigration procedures
, excellent coordination with
local and federal authorities
, and hands-on experience managing
company documentation and licensing
matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with
government departments
, including
MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, RAK Wastewater, RAK Public Works, FEWA
, and other relevant authorities.
Handle all
visa, labor card, Emirates ID, and medical
processes for employees.
Manage
trade license renewals, vehicle registrations, tenancy contracts, and company-related documentation.
Maintain updated knowledge of
UAE labor laws and governmental regulations.
Prepare and submit official letters, applications, and approvals to authorities.
Ensure timely renewal of
company permits, licenses, and employee documentation.
Represent the company professionally in all external and government interactions.
Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding and offboarding formalities.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all PRO-related activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience
as a PRO, preferably in
Ras Al Khaimah or Northern Emirates
.
Proven experience dealing with
government entities, ministries, and municipalities
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor, immigration, and municipality procedures.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Valid UAE Driving License
(mandatory)
.
Must be
based in Ras Al Khaimah
or willing to relocate.
Preferred:
Experience in
construction, contracting, or infrastructure companies.
Familiarity with
RAK Government e-services
and online submission platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage high-volume government tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
