Job Description

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for handling all aspects of visa processing, cancellation, and related documentation while working closely with

the Dubai Economic Department (DED), Labor Department, Mohre , & Trakhees

. The ideal candidate will have a valid UAE driving license and a proven track record in managing government-related processes efficiently.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Manage the end-to-end process of employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with UAE regulations.

2. Act as the primary point of contact with the Dubai Economic Department (DED), Labor Department, and other relevant government entities to ensure smooth and timely processing of documentation.

3. Handling mainland formations for the clients

4. Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documents for visa applications, labor permits, Emirates ID, and other related processes.

5. Ensure all processes adhere to UAE labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes in government policies.

6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, approvals, and correspondence with government departments.

7. Collaborate with internal HR teams and external stakeholders to streamline visa and labor-related processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Public Relation Officer: 2 years (Required)
Language:

English (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Driving License (Required)
Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
