The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will manage the company's public image, foster strong relationships with clients, media, and government entities, and support corporate communications initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a valid driving license for travel to meetings, events, and official government offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage the company's PR strategies and campaigns.
Serve as the primary point of contact for government departments, regulatory bodies, and other official authorities.
Handle documentation, approvals, and compliance-related processes with government and municipal authorities.
Maintain and build relationships with media, clients, and stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation.
Coordinate press releases, media statements, and corporate announcements.
Organize and attend corporate events, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
Assist in drafting speeches, presentations, and official communications.
Ensure timely follow-ups and submission of all required government filings and approvals.
Travel locally as required for official visits and corporate engagements (driving license required).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in PR, corporate communications, or government liaison roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of local government rules, regulations, and licensing procedures is a plus.
Valid driving license with ability to travel frequently.
