About the Role:



We are seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in visa processing, licensing, and government liaison work, with a strong network across relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing Liaise with government departments (MOHRE, GDRFA, RTA, etc.) for labor and immigration matters Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, establishment cards, and other legal documents Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and employee documentation Assist in resolving labor disputes and managing inspection visits Translate and submit official documents as required Monitor and report on visa expiry, fines, and compliance risks

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration procedures Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Familiarity with government portals (e.g., Tasheel, E-Channel, GDRFA) Excellent communication and organizational skills UAE valid driving license (mandatory)
