Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and streamline our government and public relations processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws, and 4

to 6 years of proven experience

Medical Typing, EID Typing & government procedures, and retail industry standards.

Key Responsibilities of a PRO in the UAE:

Government Liaison:

Acting as the primary point of contact between the company and government departments, including immigration, labor, and other relevant authorities.

Visa and Labor Processes:

Managing and processing visa applications (including employment visas), work permits, labor cards, and other immigration-related documents for employees.

License and Permit Renewals:

Handling the renewal of trade licenses, permits, and other necessary approvals for the company's operations.

Compliance:

Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant UAE laws, regulations, and labor policies.

Documentation:

Preparing and submitting all necessary documentation to government entities, including applications, renewals, and other required paperwork.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with government officials and representatives to facilitate smooth transactions.

Legal Compliance:

Staying updated on changes to UAE laws and regulations and advising the company accordingly.

General Administrative Support:

Providing support with various administrative tasks related to government procedures, such as obtaining permits, attending meetings, and handling correspondence.
Skills and Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal):

Essential for effective communication with government officials and within the company.

Knowledge of UAE Government Procedures:

A strong understanding of immigration, labor, and other relevant government departments is crucial.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Required for building and maintaining relationships with government officials and resolving issues effectively.

Organizational and Time Management Skills:

Essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines related to government processes.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Required to address any issues that may arise during the processing of documents or interactions with government entities.

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy is crucial when handling legal documents and ensuring compliance.
