Job Description

Ayurmana Ayurvedic Centre is seeking a dynamic and empathetic Public Relations Officer to manage communication and promote the center's reputation for holistic healing and wellness. The PRO will be responsible for building strong relationships with patients, media, and the community while promoting the values and offerings of Ayurvedic treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance the public image of Ayurmana. Act as the main point of contact between the center and the media; prepare press releases, articles, and media kits. Manage the centre's online presence (social media, website updates, blogs). Organize and promote health camps, workshops, and wellness events. Handle patient queries, feedback, and grievances in a professional and compassionate manner. Foster partnerships with wellness influencers, tourism boards, and healthcare networks. Assist in creating promotional content highlighting Ayurvedic treatments and therapies offered. Ensure internal communication flows smoothly across departments. Monitor media coverage and industry trends related to wellness and Ayurveda. Represent Ayurmana at exhibitions, wellness fairs, and community events.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in PR, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industry. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Proficient in social media platforms and content creation. Fluent in English and local languages (Malayalam, Tamil, or Hindi preferred). Passionate about holistic health and Ayurvedic practices.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Ayurveda and natural healing principles. Experience in media relations and crisis communication. Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
