Key Responsibilities
Manage all government-related processes, including visas, permits, renewals, cancellations, and other regulatory tasks
Handle employee documentation, personnel files, and HR-related administrative duties
Monitor, manage, and resolve Wage Protection System (WPS) issues to ensure full compliance and timely salary file submissions
Address and clear company block issues with relevant government authorities
Ensure adherence to Qatar labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company compliance standards
Prepare, submit, and follow up on government applications and official documentation
Maintain organized, accurate, and updated employee and company records
Collaborate with internal departments to support HR, administrative, and compliance activities
Requirements
Strong background in personnel affairs and administrative management
Proven experience as a PRO or in a similar government relations role
In-depth knowledge of government portals, procedures, and compliance systems
Hands-on experience handling WPS processes and resolving company block issues
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
