What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses of mental health disorders
• Design personalized, culturally sensitive treatment plans using evidence-based therapies and pharmacological interventions
• Track client progress through regular consultations and revise treatment approaches as needed
• Provide psychological support and education to patients and their families, promoting coping skills and emotional resilience
• Collaborate with HR consultants and organizations to develop workplace mental health programs and crisis response strategies
• Deliver training and workshops on stress management, burnout prevention, and emotional well-being in corporate settings
• Work alongside psychologists, therapists, and medical professionals to provide integrated, whole-person care
• Maintain thorough documentation of clinical assessments, treatment goals, and progress reports in line with ethical standards

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry from an accredited institution
• Valid license to practice psychiatry in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one)
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatry, including exposure to diverse mental health conditions
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools, psychotropic medications, and therapeutic frameworks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and ethical approach to care
• Ability to manage complex cases while working within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with corporate wellness or occupational mental health is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
