Position Overview
WizeJob HR Consultancy is seeking a qualified and compassionate Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our client's medical facility in Dubai. This role involves providing comprehensive care to women through all stages of life, with a strong focus on maternal health, reproductive health, and gynecological procedures. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing pregnancies, deliveries, and advanced surgical interventions.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of women's health issues, from prenatal to postmenopausal care
• Conduct prenatal check-ups, monitor fetal development, and manage high- and low-risk pregnancies
• Perform labor and delivery procedures, including vaginal births and cesarean sections
• Provide postnatal care and counseling to new mothers, ensuring a safe recovery and support for newborns
• Perform gynecological surgeries, including hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and D&Cs
• Counsel patients on family planning, contraception, infertility, and preventive health screenings
• Educate women on reproductive health, menstrual concerns, and hormonal disorders
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and comply with legal and ethical healthcare standards
• Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthetists, nurses, and fellow specialists to deliver holistic care
• Stay current with medical research and technological advancements in obstetrics and gynecology

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in both obstetrics and gynecology practice
• Proficiency in surgical techniques and maternal-fetal care
• Strong decision-making, emergency handling, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and bedside manner, especially in emotionally sensitive situations
• Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical practice, and continuous learning
• Familiarity with EMR systems and medical diagnostic tools
