We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable PRO Assistant to support our Public Relations Officer in handling all government-related tasks and documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn UAE labor and immigration procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the PRO in preparing and submitting documents to government departments (MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality, etc.).
Coordinate and follow up on visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other employee-related documentation.
Maintain updated records of all official transactions and company licenses.
Help ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.
Perform basic administrative tasks related to governmental relations.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role (PRO support experience preferred).
Basic understanding of UAE labor and immigration processes is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
