Public Relation Officer (PRO)

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage all types of UAE visas including employment, residence, visit, and family sponsorship visas. Handle complete documentation for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations Liaise with government authorities including GDRFA, MOHRE, ICA, and free zone departments Stay updated on changing immigration laws and regulations in the UAE Provide expert advice to clients on visa requirements and processing timelines Manage medical testing, Emirates ID applications, and labor card processing Resolve any visa-related issues or rejections promptly Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and statuses

Skills and Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience as an Immigration Consultant/PRO in the UAE In-depth knowledge of UAE immigration laws and procedures Proficiency in using government portals (ICA, MOHRE, GDRFA, TAS-HEEL) Excellent communication and written skills in English and Arabic (additional languages a plus) Strong relationships with government offices and typing center. Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines. Relevant certifications in immigration consulting is a plus. Expertise in the following areas is an asset. Being computer literate. Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
