Job Description
We are looking for a
Property Viewing & Developer Relations Executive
to assist in receiving and accompanying property viewing groups visiting Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with developers, and keeping the team informed of new and promising real estate projects and property listings.Key Responsibilities:
Accompany and assist clients and property viewing groups during their visits to Dubai. Provide professional, high-quality service and ensure a smooth viewing experience. Build and maintain close relationships with sales representatives and developers. Identify and share information about new property projects and investment opportunities in a timely manner. Coordinate appointments, viewings, and follow-up activities efficiently. Support internal communication between the sales and operations teams.
Requirements:
Experience in
Dubai's real estate industry
(mandatory).Bachelor's degree or above
in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.Fluent in Chinese and English
(both written and spoken). ValidUAE driver's license
and ability to drive. Strongcommunication, coordination, and organizational skills
. Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Gender:Open to male or female

.Salary 5000-7000 AED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
