Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a

Customer Relations Executive / Secretary

for a leading property development firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication, professional documentation, and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative and client-related tasks efficiently within a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Communication & Support



Act as the first point of contact for clients, investors, and visitors. Handle client inquiries regarding project details, payment plans, documentation, and appointments. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and trust. Provide timely updates to clients about property handovers, project milestones, and related processes.

Administrative & Secretarial Duties



Manage scheduling, appointments, and correspondence for the management team. Draft, review, and organize official letters, memos, and property-related documents. Maintain client files, contracts, and confidential company information with accuracy. Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.

Sales & Operations Coordination



Support the sales and operations teams by managing client documentation and project tracking. Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for client meetings and project launches. Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and client visits.

Customer Experience & Feedback



Ensure clients receive a seamless experience from booking to possession. Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate them to the concerned department when required. Maintain and update customer feedback records to improve service quality.

Key Requirements:



Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in office management or customer service are a plus.

Experience



5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the

property development or real estate industry

. Proven experience in client handling, secretarial support, and office coordination.

Technical Skills



Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Knowledge of real estate documentation and project workflows is an advantage.

Soft Skills



Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
