Job Description

A Property Valuation Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections and assessments of properties in order to determine their market value. They work closely with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather information and conduct thorough evaluations. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of property valuation principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site inspections of properties to assess their condition, features, and market value.
  • Collect and analyze data pertaining to the property, such as size, location, amenities, and recent sales prices of similar properties.
  • Use valuation software and tools to calculate the property\'s market value based on the gathered data and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographs, measurements, and descriptions of the property\'s condition and features.
  • Present inspection findings and valuation reports to clients, explaining the methodology used and supporting the determined market value.
  • Respond to client inquiries and address any concerns or questions regarding the valuation process or findings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in property valuation regulations and practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals, such as appraisers, surveyors, and real estate agents, to gather additional information and insights.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property valuation or a related field.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in real estate, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of property valuation principles, methodologies, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in using valuation software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make accurate assessments.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to various properties for inspections.
