Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property market research and analysis within a specific geographic area.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on buying, selling, renting, and leasing properties.
- Offer property valuation services and investment advice.
- Foster and manage client relationships to ensure their real estate needs are met.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (preferred).
- RERA Certified.
- 2 years of experience in real estate consulting.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
