We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated, and commission-driven
Real Estate Investment Consultants
to join our dynamic sales team in Qatar. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for property sales and investment who are eager to earn high commissions based on performance. The role involves selling premium residential and commercial properties to both local and international investors and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Qatar.
Should be able to make a minimum 150 calls per day and fix appointments.
Source, attract, and engage prospective buyers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing channels.
Provide potential clients with detailed property information, investment benefits, ROI expectations, and payment plans.
Conduct site visits, property tours, and investment presentations for clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and consistently follow up to close deals.
Stay up-to-date with the Qatar real estate market, new launches, legal regulations, and investment trends.
Collaborate with developers, agencies, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions from offer to closing.
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and future referrals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, investment property sales, or a related sales role where you earn more commissions.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Deep understanding of the Qatar property market (or willingness to learn quickly).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Valid Qatar Driving License and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed for client meetings.
