Our Asset Management Division is growing, and we are now hiring a

Property Sales & Leasing Consultant

to spearhead our rental portfolio and generate new landlord relationships.

Your Role

Represent Aston Gate in Dubai's rental market, conducting tenant showings and matching clients to premium rental properties. Manage landlord portfolios -- leasing, renewals, property marketing, and maximizing returns. Prospect for new landlords and investors while leveraging Aston Gate's inbound leads. Advise clients on investment opportunities and the Dubai property market. Collaborate with the team to expand into secondary and off-plan sales once KPIs are met.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum

1-2 years real estate experience

in Dubai (leasing or sales). Strong communication and negotiation skills -- proven deal-closer. Presentable, professional, and ambitious. Knowledge of RERA, tenancy laws, and Dubai rental market a plus. Must be driven by earnings growth and career progression.

Compensation & Benefits

AED 3,000 - 6,000

base salary

(based on experience).

High commission structure

-- total monthly earnings AED 11,000 - 22,000 achievable.

after probation. Leads, marketing, and CRM support provided. Training, mentorship, and growth into sales divisions.
