Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Real Estate Sales Investment Consultant

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guiding clients through property investment opportunities. You will be responsible for advising investors, managing transactions, and building long-term relationships to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and present investment opportunities in residential and commercial properties Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment strategies Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with prospective buyers and investors Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends Build and maintain a portfolio of investors through networking and referrals Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets
Qualifications

Previous experience in real estate sales or investment advisory Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market preferred Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage Ability to work independently and within a team environment Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
