Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Real Estate Sales Investment Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand property as a financial asset and can guide clients through strategic acquisitions, portfolio growth, and long-term investment planning.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and promote high-return real estate investment opportunities
Advise clients on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and market trends
Conduct property tours and present tailored investment proposals
Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial advisors
Negotiate and close investment transactions with professionalism and strategic insight
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and investment tracking tools
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate investment sales, advisory, or financial services
Strong understanding of property investment metrics and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial modeling tools is an advantage
