This role focuses on the resale (secondary market) of residential properties. Your responsibilities include:
Sourcing exclusive listings and maintaining strong seller relationships
Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
Organizing and hosting viewings for potential buyers
Coordinating negotiations and offers
Managing the full sales cycle from lead to deal closure
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for agents preferably with a proven record of closing deals in the secondary market.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate
Excellent command of English; second language an asset
Detail-oriented with strong negotiation skills
Highly motivated and capable of working autonomously
Familiar with Dubai communities and legal processes
Required Skills:
Proven success in property resales
Strong community knowledge (e.g., Marina, Downtown, Palm)
RERA certification is a plus

Compensation
A competitive commission structure will be offered with guaranteed commission during the first few months. The final package is negotiable based on experience.
