Secondary Market Agents
who can build strong client relationships and close successful deals in Dubai's dynamic resale property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
resale property transactions
across Dubai with full client coordination.
Conduct
market research
to determine accurate property values, ROI, and area trends.
Manage
negotiations
between property owners and buyers to achieve win-win outcomes.
Prepare and process
RERA forms, MOUs, and DLD transfer documentation
.
List, update, and market
properties effectively on major portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder).
Create professional
marketing content
-- photos, videos, and descriptions for listings.
Follow up on leads daily
and maintain an organized CRM pipeline.
Build long-term
relationships with landlords, investors, and clients
to generate repeat business.
Stay informed about
market trends, community updates, and new regulations
.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of Dubai secondary market experience
(preferred).
Valid
RERA license
or willingness to obtain one.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and closing skills
.
Deep knowledge of
Dubai communities, developers, and property values
.
Proficiency in
CRM systems
and online property portals.
Highly
self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
