Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager with a background in industrial properties in Abu Dhabi to manage a portfolio of industrial properties. The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE driving license, experience in managing industrial properties, and strong risk management skills. Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of industrial properties in Abu Dhabi, including overseeing maintenance, rent collection, and lease agreements * Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws and maintain accurate records * Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and property owners to ensure high occupancy rates and retention * Implement strategies to maximize property value and minimize vacancies * Conduct regular property inspections to identify and mitigate risk and maintain property standards * Handle tenant complaints and resolve disputes in a timely manner * Maintain payment of mortgages for the properties and be the point of contact with the bank * Monitor rental payments and budgets and provide timely reporting to property owners * Oversee lease agreements and renewals to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations * Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and expand the portfolio Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in real estate, business administration or related field * Minimum of 5 years\' experience in property management of industrial properties in Abu Dhabi * Valid UAE driving license * Strong risk management skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks * In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations related to industrial properties * Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter.
