We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Property Operations Management: Efficiently manage the operations of assigned properties, including but not limited to leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Leasing and Vacancies: Coordinate leasing activities, conduct property showings, screen prospective tenants, and facilitate lease agreements to minimize vacancies.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, and rental income to ensure financial goals are met.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of local laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure properties remain compliant and competitive.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality workmanship and cost-effectiveness.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and occupancy rates for management review.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in property management, preferably in the UAE market.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic. Additional languages are advantageous.
- Driving License: Possess a valid UAE driving license. Own transportation is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address various challenges and conflicts that may arise in property management.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
