• Rent out properties under our management within target and to reduce vacancies.
• Coordinate with multiple parties to ensure tenants can move in and out on time with the right procedures and documentation.
• Sign up new customers for our services and improve effectiveness.
• Ensure the integrity of our operating system and documentation.
• Handle tenants and landlords\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries and complaints properly and effective.
• Can find solutions to problems.
• Can work effectively with the team and assist the team in whichever role requires coverage.
• Can work independently, alone or as a team.

Requirements

• Native (or Native-like) English speaker
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• College diploma
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi
• With UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license

Additional Preferences

• Speaks Arabic
• With sales/marketing experiences
