We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Management Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage and expand our property portfolio, oversee day-to-day operations, and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. The role also involves business development and client acquisition to support our company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new clients and properties for management.
Oversee daily property management operations, including tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and lease administration.
Develop and execute business development strategies to attract and retain clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on property performance, client acquisition, and portfolio growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management.
Strong background in business development and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
