Property Management Coordinator

Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, ensuring strong communication and relationship management. Coordinate and oversee tenancy management in compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, including Tawtheeq registrations, renewals, and cancellations. Assist in the leasing process by coordinating with the leasing team to ensure quick turnaround on vacant units, including listing, viewing coordination, and follow-ups. Conduct and document primary inspections, move-in/move-out inspections, and routine bi-annual property checks. Manage tenancy agreements--including drafting, renewals, cancellations--and handle rent cheques collection, deposits, and follow-up on bounced cheques when necessary. Handle tenant relations professionally, addressing queries, disputes, and complaints with timely and effective solutions. Coordinate maintenance requests with approved vendors, ensure timely resolution, and verify completion before closing service tickets. Manage and monitor annual property management agreement renewals with landlords to maintain service continuity. Maintain accurate records of property-related activities including tenancy documents, maintenance logs, payment history, and communications. Provide timely updates to stakeholders (landlords, tenants, vendors, internal departments) on all relevant matters.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management. Strong background in business development with a focus on client acquisition and portfolio growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
