Property Leasing Specialist

" to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist in leasing residential or commercial properties, ensuring a seamless process for prospective tenants while achieving occupancy and revenue goals. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in creating a positive impression of our properties and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet prospective tenants, show properties, and highlight features and benefits Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person Conduct property tours and answer questions regarding pricing, availability, amenities, and lease terms Process rental applications, background checks, and credit screenings Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company and legal standards Maintain knowledge of current rental rates, market trends, and competitive properties Assist with marketing efforts including online listings, social media, and local advertising Ensure model units and common areas are clean, presentable, and ready for showings Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and prospective tenants Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or real estate Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Real estate license may be required depending on location/state laws
