We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Rental & Leasing Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of the UAE rental market and strong communication skills to effectively manage clients and close deals. If you are passionate about real estate, thrive in a target-driven environment, and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the rental process from lead to lease signin Assist clients in finding suitable rental options Schedule and conduct property viewings Negotiate lease terms between tenants and landlords Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and developers Ensure full compliance with UAE rental regulations and company policies
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in real estate leasing or rentals (UAE preferred) Strong knowledge of local communities and rental laws Proficient in CRM systems and property portals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Fluent in English & Arabic is an added advantage Valid UAE driving license is preferred
