Property Listing Specialist

to manage and enhance our online property presence.

As a Property Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining property listings across various real estate portals and platforms. You'll work closely with the sales team to ensure every listing is accurate, appealing, and optimized for visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage property listings on CRM systems and major portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.) Ensure accuracy and quality of photos, descriptions, and property details Coordinate with agents to gather complete property information Optimize listing content for better online visibility and lead generation Update property availability and status regularly Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements Maintain an organized database of all listed properties

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate listing or admin roles in the UAE Familiarity with major real estate portals and CRMs Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Good written English for property descriptions Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Tech-savvy and good with image editing tools (basic level) Team player with a proactive attitude
