Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Property Listing Specialist
to manage and maintain real estate property listings across multiple platforms. This role is essential in ensuring that all listings are accurate, attractive, and up-to-date to maximize exposure and generate leads for our sales and leasing teams.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the onboarding of new property listings with agents, property owners, and photographers. Create compelling, accurate, and SEO-friendly property descriptions. Monitor listing performance and ensure timely updates to price, availability, or property status. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent and appealing presentation of all listings. Assist in scheduling property photography, staging, or virtual tours. Track listing expirations and renewals and communicate with agents/owners as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
