Mudan Property Inspections provides independent residential property inspection services in Dubai.
Role Description
We are hiring a Property Inspector to carry out residential snagging and handover inspections across villas and townhouses.
This is a site-based role focused on inspection, defect identification, and reporting.
The role can be structured as full-time or per-inspection (freelance) depending on experience and availability.
Responsibilities
Conduct residential property inspections (pre-handover / snagging) Inspect finishes, fixtures, fittings, and visible MEP elements Identify, photograph, and document defects clearly Use inspection tools such as laser levels, moisture meters, and borescopes Complete inspection checklists and reports accurately and on time Attend inspections punctually and work efficiently within allocated slots
Requirements
Background in civil engineering, construction, site supervision, or inspection Experience with residential properties preferred Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Ability to work independently on site Clear written communication for inspection reporting UAE driving licence preferred

Full-time employment, or Per-inspection / freelance arrangements
depending on experience and availability.
