Conduct detailed
snagging and inspection
of residential properties Identify and documentdefects, finishes, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
issues Prepare clear, professionalinspection reports
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and our internal team to ensure quality standards are met Stay updated onconstruction standards, materials, and best practices
What You Bring:
A
degree in Engineering
(Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred)Experience in property snagging or quality inspections
in the UAE Strong understanding ofMEP systems and construction finishes
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset A team player attitude with a desire tolearn, grow, and lead
