What You'll Do

• Coordinate with property occupiers to arrange suitable inspection times
• Conduct property inspections punctually and record detailed notes
• Capture a complete set of property photographs and upload with notes to the designated system folder
• Check property condition and surrounding areas during inspections
• Present the company in a professional manner at all times
• Ensure inspection notes and photographs are uploaded in a timely manner for valuation purposes
• Follow health and safety precautions during site visits, including readiness when driving across the city

Ideal Profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong geographical knowledge of Dubai and surrounding areas
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to represent the company with integrity
