Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure proper maintenance.
Oversee repairs, renovations, and cleaning services.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors for maintenance work.
Ensure all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security) are functioning properly.
Monitor and manage utility services (water, electricity, waste disposal).
2. Tenant & Lease Management
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Assist in lease administration, including renewals, terminations, and rent collection.
Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and documentation.
Organize tenant meetings and address concerns professionally.
3. Financial & Administrative Duties
Assist in budget preparation for property maintenance and operations.
Track expenses, invoices, and service contracts.
Maintain records of property-related documents (leases, permits, inspection reports).
Ensure timely payment of maintenance fees and utility bills.
