The Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our real estate team in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a drive to excel in a competitive market. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance to clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms - Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them - Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing - Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value - Display and market real property to possible buyers - Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.) - Maintain and update listings of available properties - Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors - Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and trustee officers - Promote sales through advertising, social media, open houses, and listing services - Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements

• Proven working experience of 1-2 years as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson - Proven track of successful sales record - Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills - Driven individual who is motivated to attain financial success - Pleasant and trustworthy - MS Office familiarity - Good understanding in the use of CRM software - UAE driving license
