Roles and Responsibilities

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value
Select and show homes and properties that meet client needs, help identify the best options, and assist client with redefining needs when necessary
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Develop networks and cooperate with mortgage lenders, developers etc
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
Prior sales experience in Bank, Luxury Sales, Insurance, Luxury Cars and Retail is preferred.
A good command of written and spoken English
Must have own car and UAE driving license
Driven individual who is motivated to attain financial success
Competent in using Microsoft Office
Good understanding in the use of CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
