Role Description This is a Full Time on-site role requiring an Experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate agent, you will engage with customers to help them find or sell the right home, office or building. You will conduct viewings, and support closing sales negotiations. You\'ll play a vital role in maintaining The Capital Dubai\'s outstanding reputation of delivering exceptional customer service while consistently working towards achieving sales goals.

Requirements
Qualifications - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, with excellent knowledge of the Real Estate laws and regulations in the Dubai market - Experienced in commercial/luxury property selling in Off Plan or Secondary Market - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals, while always prioritizing customer service - Excellent communicator with written and verbal fluency in English and other languages being a plus - Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or any related field is preferred - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, CRM tools and other Real Estate technologies are essential
